Window Cleaning
Residential and commercial window cleaning service on a monthly schedule to suit you. Reach & Wash® systems allow windows to be cleaned from the safety of the ground using long reaching, telescopic poles, up to 65 feet high. Using the ultra pure water system leaves nothing on your windows for a spotless finish, lasting longer than traditional soap and water.
Frequency of service
We offer the choice of 1 or 2 monthly visits. Once dry you will see that the windows are spotless since all the impurities have been removed from the water during the purification process.
The main advantages of using a water fed pole to access higher windows is its safety benefits, the water fed pole system minimises the need to use a ladder, no chemicals are used so is safe to the environment, windows stay cleaner for longer as no residue is left on the glass unlike soap and water.
Gutters, Fascias, Soffits and Cladding
Cleaning your gutters and fascias of your property will keep it looking its best. Likewise, it’s important to maintain guttering to prevent blockages, damage or unwanted repair bills in the future. Using the professional SkyVac® system with featherlight poles we can safely tackle most residential and commercial properties.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is a great way to restore driveways and patios back to their former glory. Over time dirt, weeds and moss can spoil the look of a driveway and make them slippery, thus increasing the risk of accidents.
Conservatory Roofs
It’s recommended that conservatories are cleaned every couple of years to prevent build up of dirt, moss and algae. A pressure wash or valet of your conservatory will restore it back close to its original finish. Likewise its roof and gutters should be cleared to ensure correct rain run off avoiding any unwanted maintenance bills in the future.
Roof Cleaning (Moss removal)
Excessive moss growth can make your property look tired and unmaintained. Professional roof cleans can significantly improve the visual appeal of your property. MORE INFORMATION >
Solar Panels
A dirty surface to the solar panel can restrict its performance in converting sun light to energy. Although sloping panels get some cleaning from the rain, the dust and particles in the air are left as residual on the panel and you could be losing as much as 10% of the panels output.
Soft Washing
An ultra low-pressure exterior cleaning method that using specialised, often chemical-based, solutions to remove organic matter like algae, mould, and mildew, rather than relying on high-pressure water alone. This gentle approach prevents damage to delicate finishes like painted, rendered and much more providing longer-lasting results than pressure washing alone, by killing the microbes at their source, and uses less water in the process.
We also provide commercial services to Offices, Hotels, Property Management Companies.
