FREQUENCY OF SERVICE



We offer the choice of 1 or 2 monthly visits.


Once dry you will see that the windows are spotless since all the impurities have been removed from the water during the purification process.

The main advantages of using a water fed pole to access higher windows is its safety benefits, the water fed pole system minimises the need to use a ladder, no chemicals are used so is safe to the environment, windows stay cleaner for longer as no residue is left on the glass unlike soap and water.

We also provide services to Offices, Hotels, Property Management Companies.

PAYMENTS


All payments must be made in full within 7 days of the clean date. Unless a company policy states otherwise.

BAD WEATHER

We will always try to not clean your windows in the rain, however we do still work in light rain or short showers. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same.

CANCELLING OUR SERVICES

If you wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by email.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES

We will always try to provide you with the best possible work standard & service, In the event you are not satisfied with the standard of work, Please contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return to re-clean the windows in question. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned.
